Cars have been a lifelong passion for Mr. Lubov, ignited by the exhilarating experience of riding in his father’s 1987 Porsche 911 as a young child. This early fascination with analogue vehicles fueled his deep dive into the automotive world, where every detail became an obsession.
Mr. Lubov graduated from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. While attending Boston University, he founded Esotico Group, LLC, a venture that quickly adopted a global presence. Esotico Group is renowned for sourcing rare and exotic automobiles in addition to managing high-value collections for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, as well as family offices. This journey has refined Mr. Lubov’s ability to identify unique market opportunities and build successful, international networks.
His tenure as a Financial Advisor at Raymond James was marked by dynamic growth and strategic investment management. Here, Mr. Lubov honed his expertise in navigating complex financial landscapes and delivering tailored investment solutions. This role further developed his skills in portfolio management, risk assessment, and financial planning, enhancing his ability to develop innovative strategies and deliver high-quality financial outcomes.

Mr. Shipman's distinguished career in institutional investing spans thirty-five years, beginning with his role at Hillside Associates, Inc., a Los Angeles-based small-cap value firm managing $150 million in assets. He then joined Bjurman, Barry and Associates, a $4 billion all-cap growth firm also in Los Angeles, where he served as a key member of the Investment Committee for over seventeen years. During his tenure, he spearheaded the development of a pioneering Microcap Growth Fund, growing it to $600 million, and a Small Cap Alternative Growth Fund, reaching $30 million in assets.
In 2009, Mr. Shipman transitioned to the prestigious Senior Portfolio Management team at Century Management, Inc., a $2 billion all-cap value firm in Austin, Texas, working alongside industry leaders Arnold van den Berg and Jim Brilliant.
Today, he leads Arden Investment Advisors, his own firm located in Austin, Texas. Throughout his career, he has amassed extensive experience creating and managing substantial investment portfolios for a diverse clientele, including endowments, foundations, corporate pension plans, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. He later transitioned to boutique financial firms, where he sharpened his skills in streamlining processes, implementing growth strategies, and integrating operations within competitive markets.
With a keen eye on the rising demand for alternative investments among ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, Mr. Wasserman drives operational excellence at Analogue Capital Management.
